Identify post that iniciate the trigger

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using an automation in Manychat that's connected to all Instagram posts (not specific ones).
I'm trying to find a way to identify which specific post generated a lead.

Is there any method to either:

  1. Dynamically retrieve the Instagram Post ID or some unique identifier inside the automation flow triggered by a comment or DM?

  2. Or add a custom identifier (like a post number or slug) to the URL or UTM parameters, in a way that it’s passed into the flow and can be stored in a Custom User Field?

The goal is to track which post each lead came from, even when using the same automation across multiple posts.

Thanks in advance!

Hey, @Gustavo_Dantas

At the moment, it is not possible to retrieve the post ID or other kind of identification.

Your best workaround is creating an automation for each post.

Would love this feature built in. Seems like a simple thing to implement that could lead to more powerful automations
