If following condition missfiltering

Hello! How are you guys?

Well, I think I did it right, but..

I set up the same flow as this one in order to establish an IF FOLLOWING CONDITION, where the “free content” will be sent only if the user is following the account. The thing is that once running it identified some users as non-followers when they were followers actually.

So, am I doing something wrong? Could be a bug?

Thanks

Hey @emalife

Looking at your screenshot, it seems working. Only 1 person didn’t follow you at the beginning, and after you sent the first message, you run the check again, and they followed you there!

Thanks for replying Rodrigo! Some people were receiving the “oh, you have to follow me first” message (option that the IF CONDITION has) and they were already following the account. That is the question about.

That’s odd and maybe was just a bug… @emalife

This is still happening? If so, I recommend you to talk to Manychat support and share the automation and use cases where this happened.

They will be able to check why the message was sent when it wasn’t supposed to.
