I have an automation that checks if a user is following me or not and then sends a different message based on that condition. The problem is it sends everyone the message that’s supposed to be sent to non followers ( I know because I checked with my alt account and followed before triggering the automation)
Anyone had the same issue? My CTR rate is too low because even my followers get the message “Hey follow me before getting X”

That’s odd… I use it quite often and never had issues with that 
Please try to clean your browser cache and cookies, refresh permissions on Manychat (go to help button → Refresh permissions) and try again with your alt account.
