IG account connected to another manychat account but cant access it - how can I fix this?

If you don't have access to the old account, the only solution is opening a ticket at https://help.manychat.com and asking support to disconnect/reconnect your accounts.
Make sure to include as much detail as possible on your ticket to streamline the process.
