IG ads - user sends a message not triggering my flow.
I am using lead ads then when clients choose “price” the manychat flow should trigger.
When i am sending a message manually, it’s triggering. is the lead ads interfering with the manychat trigger?

I had some similar issues using Manychat keyword triggers + Ads in some cases... Couldn't find out what's the cause (no pattern or something that could tell wats wrong with it).
I've started using the "User clicks Instagram/Facebook Ad” and it worked like a charm. 🙌

Hi, this is not going to work since I am using lead ads. The instruction says it can be used with engagement ads
Here’s the exact quote:
“1. With the current objectives in Ads Manager, the Instagram ads trigger is only available for Engagement campaigns.”

In this case, I'd suggest you open a ticket to the support team. They are able to investigate it further and (maybe) find a solution to this case…
