IG auto-replies not working: "You've reached 1,000 contacts limit"

Could you please look into this issue? I’m a content creator, and my automation has not been working since yesterday. Initially, I received the error message: “You've reached your limit on your Free account.”

To resolve it, I attempted to renew my subscription, but since this morning I’ve been getting another error: “Something went wrong with your card. Please check your bank payment history or try again with another card.”

I’m entering the correct details, and I’ve raised two support tickets, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I have been a paying customer for many months, and this downtime is affecting my work , I’m unable to capture new followers, and it’s directly impacting my growth.

I’m not sure whom to contact for proper support, and the lack of customer service is becoming very frustrating.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently.

Please understand the situation from a customer’s perspective and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE MANYCHAT DM TO NEW FOLLOWERS IS WORKING IF I HAVE THE FREE ACCOUNT AND YET HAVE NOT REACHED TH 1000 CONTACT LIMIT ON THE FREE ACCOUNT, I HAVE 30 NEW FOLLOWERS BUT THE DASHBOARD ON THE MAYCHAT IS NOT SHOWING IT HAS SENT THE DM ALTHOUGH IT IS PLACED AS “LIVE”
