I setup an automation for IG that when a specific word is mentioned in comment a trigger is set and they get a message with a button. The user is not receiving a button with the correct text but in the live chat it shows the correct button.
When the user clicks on the mislabeled button it does not take them to the next step in the flow.
I have read all the tutorials and tried the chat with no luck. What am I doing wrong?
