IG Comment Responses not working

Hi… just signed up for Manychat and getting a little frustrated. I have the automations set up and seem to work but the first problem that I’m running into is that the Trigger is not auto-responding to the Instagram comment.

So, when a user comments “story”, I just see their reply.  However, my understanding was that the trigger should have auto-commented an answer to their reply. I have an IG Professional account and also see that Manychat is connected. 

So, not sure what is going on.
