Hi there!

After checking with multiple Manychat users, I still can't seem to make it work so I hope you have an idea how to solve this.

As you can see, the first message goes out perfectly (6 times) but only 2 people got Message #1 (but all 6 clicked!). I can see their ‘Yes please’ but they don't get the next message. 

 

I've been setting up many flows but all of them have the same problem: the second message doesn't get sent (well… the funny thing is, some people DO get it, but others don't ).

Any ideas?
