IG story reply automation NOT working

Question

I am having problems with the IG story reply automation. The post or reel comment automations are working fine but when I try to test my automations for the IG story reply, I don't receive any messages. Also when I try to preview the automation, the 3 digit code won't work. It doesn't do anything and I don't receive any test message. I also did the troubleshooting for Instagram automations. Tried again, and still not working. Please assist. Thanks.

@tlcIf you are using the free plan, you may exceed the limit. The free plan allows you to run up to 4 automations at once so maybe you reach that number. You can check other limitation here:https://manychat.com/pricingIf this is not the case, please provide a screenshot of the flow.
