Im having a problem sending a video inside a message, everytime i add one video (less then 24mb and .mp4) it works on preview but dont delivery in the real chat, can someone help me? im from Portugal.

    Hi ​@Seekers Journey , I know is challenging to upload videos 😰. Probably you can try compressing your video to under 15MB and use standard web dimensions instead of HD. You can also try changing from .mp4 to .mov format if the issue persists. Some Channels, like WhatsApp,  might have smaller limits than the 25.
