Yes, you can add one block, of any of these:
In the case you’re showing they added the ‘Card’ option with an image, title and 2 buttons.

I can't reproduce it on my end. When I set up a comment trigger and try to send a card, it forces me into Private Reply mode which doesn't support the card format.
And when I switch to private, it offers me the option to send either an image or a link, but not both.
