Manychat requires to pay susciption to import a contact list?? Isn’t a free trial for 14 days?? Thank you!

Import contact list using free trial, is it possible?
Two separate things might be blocking you, and one of them isn't about the plan.
Importing is switched off by default on every new ManyChat account. You have to ask support to enable it before it works at all, regardless of what you're paying. Worth opening that ticket now since it's the longer wait of the two.
The other thing is what you're importing for. You also need the matching channel connected, so no email channel means no email import, no SMS channel means no phone numbers. Import works for Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram.
It does not work for Instagram or Messenger, and that's Meta's rule rather than ManyChat's. You can only message someone on those channels after they've messaged you, so an imported contact has nothing you're allowed to send them. If Instagram is why you're here, skip the import entirely. Your contacts build themselves as people comment and DM you, and those are the ones you can actually talk to.

Importing contact is only available on paid plans, and it must be activated by support on your request on most cases.
While you are on the free trial this feature is not available.
