Imported Wrong FB Account - now over the free contacts limit

Brand new (mostly) to ManyChat. Tried to connect client’s Facebook via Messenger. 

Clicked the WRONG profile, and imported the wrong business. Now my free contact limit has been maxed and there’s no way to fix that?
That feels like something ManyChat should be able to help with. 

Very frustrating.

Hi ​@dougiefresh , you can remove this Facebook Page from your ManyChat account here, and then reconnect the correct one.

Try disconnecting the wrong page in Settings > Connected Assets, then reconnect with the correct Facebook profile. If your free contact limit got maxed from importing the wrong account's contacts, you can try reaching out to ManyChat support through the chat widget in your dashboard to get a reset. They've done it for others in similar situations. If that doesn't work, creating a new ManyChat account with a different email and connecting the right page from the start might be the fastest fix.
