I need to connect an instagram account on ManyChat but every time I try the platform show me this message:

This is some Meta restriction… Check your Meta Business Suite, maybe you find more information there.
Manychat is just a “middleman” between us and Meta. And if there's any kind of restriction, it comes from Meta's side.

That said, this issue can be caused by a lot of things… Geographic restrictions, type of IG account (Personal or Business), content policy restrictions, and so on…
In these cases, te only way to get some support is via Meta's support team… sadly.
