I write here to inquire about some specific features of Manychat platform, as we are considering Manychat for our communication needs.

Comment Growth Tool:
Does Manychat offer a feature that automatically triggers a chatbot when someone comments under a Facebook post? Specifically, I’m looking for a feature that asks the user to subscribe to the chatbot and then offers the option to subscribe to our newsletter. I have referred to this as the "Comment Growth Tool" and am interested to know if it exists in Manychat under a different name.

"Cool Down" Feature:
Is there a mechanism to prevent spamming users who have already subscribed to our chatbot or newsletter? I am interested in ensuring that once a user has either subscribed or declined the offer, they are not disturbed again, unless they comment after a specified period (e.g., X days). I’ve called this the "cool down" feature, but I would like to know if something similar is available in Manychat.

Chat Message Broadcasting:
Does Manychat have the feature to send a chat message to all subscribers whenever we want? Specifically, we are interested in sending periodic messages, such as a weekly, or two-weekly update about our Facebook activities, to all our subscribers.

Subscriber Export Options:
Does Manychat provide an option to export the list of subscribers? This would be important in case we ever need to migrate to another platform in the future.

NGO Discounts:
Does Manychat offer any discounts for non-governmental organizations, similar to those provided by companies like Microsoft or Canva?

GDPR Compliance:
Finally, is Manychat compliant with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?
