Hello ManyChat Community,
My Instagram account @mehmetdemirmekanaliz is already connected to a ManyChat workspace, but I cannot identify or access that workspace.
I own the Instagram account and currently have a ManyChat workspace called "İmza Gayrimenkul ve Yatırım Danışmanlığı".
I am using the Free plan, so human ticket support is unavailable.
How can I recover access to the original workspace without losing my existing automations?

When an Instagram account is connected to a workspace you cannot access, only Manychat’s support team can unlink it so you can connect it to your current workspace.
You will need to open a ticket so they can disconnect your account from the unknown workspace: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat
