Okay so I am trying to link my instagram and I login and then it asks me to verify through phone number or email. the email will not send (coming up with an error code saying to ‘try again later’ even though later never works) and when I chose to verify through phone number it does not ever text me. I am at my wits end and need some guidance!

A few things worth checking: make sure the phone number on your account is current, check spam/promotions for the email, and try switching networks (turn off WiFi and use mobile data) since some networks block Meta emails.
If you have an active session on another device or the app, you might be able to update your verification method from there.
If none of that works, the only real path is contacting Instagram support directly at instagram.com/hacked or through Meta's Help Center. Unfortunately this is an Instagram-side issue, not something Manychat can fix.

I managed to get into instagram but it makes me do it via online without any instructions after that… any thoughts there?
