Instagram already connected but workspace was deleted

Hi,

I only ever had ONE ManyChat account.

I deleted the workspace because I couldn’t connect my Instagram account properly.
Now, when I try to connect Instagram again, ManyChat says the account is already connected to another workspace.

But this workspace was deleted and no longer exists.
I don’t have access to anything else, and I never had another account.

So I’m stuck: I can’t connect Instagram because ManyChat thinks there is an existing connection, but there is nothing to disconnect.

Has anyone experienced this?
How can I fix this?

    You'll need to open a ticket to Manychat's Support Team. Only they will be able to "disconnect” your IG account from the old workspace: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
