Instagram Auto Reply not working

My instagram DM auto reply is not working.  I used to have it working in the past, but when I tried today, it does nothing.

I’ve refreshed the connection
I followed all the steps to ensure all permissions were granted
Uninstalled and reinstalled manychat on my phone

What are the next steps?

    Before anything else, one test tells you which half of the problem you have.

    Send a DM to your business account from a different Instagram account, then open your ManyChat Inbox and look for it.

    If it shows up in the Inbox, ManyChat received the message. Your connection and permissions are fine and reconnecting again won't help. Check three things in this order: the automation is Set Live and not Draft, since editing an existing automation can quietly flip it back; the keyword trigger itself is toggled on, which is separate from the automation being live; and your match type is right, because Message is "hello" only fires on exactly that and nothing else.

    If it does not show up, nothing reached ManyChat and no flow edit will fix it. That's delivery on Meta's side.

    Post which of the two you get and it'll be a much shorter conversation.
