Hi,

The automation in ManyChat that automatically replies to comments in the comments section and sends a private message isn't working; it ran exactly three times and then stopped. The automation for sending welcome messages to new followers also worked a few times and then stopped. I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat to refresh the connection, but nothing helped.

      ​@Vis Jadid , this usually happens due to a Meta permissions issue. Go to your Meta Business account, then navigate to Integrations and check Conversation Routing. Reconnecting alone doesn't always fix it since the permissions need to be manually verified.

      Having the same issue. Stopped after responding to 3 comments. I have a comment to DM set up.

      Hi ​@Vis Jadid  on your IG try the following:  Settings and activity → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools → Allow access to messages.

      In addition, just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.
