Hi,

The automation in ManyChat that automatically replies to comments in the comments section and sends a private message isn't working; it ran exactly three times and then stopped. The automation for sending welcome messages to new followers also worked a few times and then stopped. I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat to refresh the connection, but nothing helped.

      ​@Vis Jadid , this usually happens due to a Meta permissions issue. Go to your Meta Business account, then navigate to Integrations and check Conversation Routing. Reconnecting alone doesn't always fix it since the permissions need to be manually verified.
