All of my automation on both my account aren’t working anymore for 3 days.
I’m desperate for help from Manychat, but…. it’s not really fast.
Since I tried “say hi to news follower” every thing stop.
It was working very well for the last 2 year.
But now, it’s over, I tried everything recommande by the AI Chat bot, stuff ask with the 2 emails from ticket, but that’s all….
Any idea ?
When I tried the routing message in Business Facebook, I got this error message.
I tried of course to disconnect Manychat, reconnect, refresh everything, with no result...

Instagram permissions You already mentioned you refreshed permissions, which is usually a quick fix, but since it didn’t work in your case, we can rule that out for now.
Check for platform-wide issues Sometimes this is related to a temporary issue on Instagram or ManyChat’s side. You can check the current system status here: https://status.manychat.com/
One-time trigger behavior Just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.
Hopefully one of these points helps you pinpoint the issue while waiting for support.
