Hi guys, I have created an automation where a user DMs me "test123". He receives the first text, and when he clicks on the button, which onclicking is ideally triggered to send another message, does not work.
I tried multiple times with multiple accounts, but it's not working.
Trigger Word: “test123”
IG connection type: Instagram Login
Any one else facing the issue of now

This looks like something related to account’s permission.
First, click on the help button → Refresh permissions → try your automation again.
If that doesn’t work, follow these steps (https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting) to guarantee that all the settings are correct. Once done, try your automation again.

Here the same problem. I've tried everything. Only works with some Instagram accounts. When someone sends “Hi..” I start a menu automation. When a click button happens should starts a flow, but now the click happens but nothing starts. When i go there and click for the client, the flow starts ok. I don't know what to do, losing time :(
I have the Opt-In all set - alreayd tried refreshing, and followed all the instruction you provided here. Obs: the handover setup on facebook looks different as you show int the instructions. Never had problems with manychat, but about 2 months is really buggy
