Hi team,

I’ve been a paying member for a long time, and just this week have opened up a secondary new account that we currently have on just the free version. I created an Instagram automation that I converted to Facebook and it’s live and working fine, and I went to create an Instagram one but it’s not allowing me to toggle the trigger to ‘on’.

Are Instagram automations not included in the free account?

Most are, but no all.

And on the Free account you have a limitation on the total number of triggers (which I believe is 3 in total). So if you already have 3 in Messenger, then you can't add the 4th one.
