Hello, I’m just getting started with manychat on my instagram page.
I’ve been observing that the opening DM with the link (“send me the link”) doesn’t work on desktop instagram apps. Only mobile. Clicking that link in the desktop app only refreshes the chat page, without advancing to the next step of the automation.
Can anyone confirm if this is normal behaviour? Any suggestions to fix it?

Tested here and it really just “refreshes” on desktop.
Could you send a screenshot of that part of you automation?
And have you tried to use Quick Replies instead of buttons to see if it works differently?

Oh, I see… You made it via the app and used the “new” Quick Automation for post/reel comments.
(That's also the only “short way” to build it using the mobile app).
I can't say, but it could be some kind of bug. But the only way to verify it is opening a ticket to Manychat's support team.
What you could do as workaround is use a desktop to start an automation from scratch or use the Comment reply via the original flow builder:
Via the app, you can create an automation with Keywords trigger and select to open the flow builder (at the very bottom).
Then you can add another trigger to respond he comments and build your message flow.
This is a lot more complex but could solve your problem.
Anyway, I'd recommend opening a ticket to let the support team take a look at it.
