Hi! None of my Instagram automations are sending messages anymore: not “Say hi to new followers” and not my comment keyword automations. In Instagram, Manychat showed as “Expired” under Apps and websites. My Facebook Page wasn’t linked to my Instagram account, so I linked it again and refreshed permissions in Manychat. Manychat now shows Instagram as connected and Manychat is active in Facebook Business Integrations, but a test comment with my keyword still gets no DM. How can I fix this?

If, after that, doesn’t work, you can use the link at the end of that guide to contact Manychat support.
