Several days ago, ManyChat suddenly started automating responses 50% or less on all my automations. I’ve put in two Critical tickets...but no response. Worst customer service experience and there’s no urgency on their end at all. Is anyone else having this issue as of 12-15-25?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I’ve contacted Meta/Facebook and they don’t see any issues on their end. I’ve refreshed connections, tried a new automation...and the issue persists.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
