Instagram Automations Firing 50% or Less...

Several days ago, ManyChat suddenly started automating responses 50% or less on all my automations. I’ve put in two Critical tickets...but no response. Worst customer service experience and there’s no urgency on their end at all. Is anyone else having this issue as of 12-15-25? 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve contacted Meta/Facebook and they don’t see any issues on their end. I’ve refreshed connections, tried a new automation...and the issue persists. 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mjoe,

I’m seeing something similar on my side, but with an important distinction.

On the ManyChat side, the automation appears as sent and even responded in some cases. However, when I check the WhatsApp Business account directly, it’s very clear that the recipient never actually received the message. There’s no delivery confirmation and no trace of the message reaching the user.

So from a practical standpoint, the automation is “working” inside ManyChat, but the message is not being delivered by WhatsApp/Meta.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a fix yet. Just sharing this to confirm you’re not alone and that this may be a delivery-layer issue rather than an automation logic problem.

Sorry to hear that Souto. While my situation is different...both are very frustrating I”m sure. I submitted a ticket days ago with no response. I hate it...but it may be time to look at a different service provider.
