Hey everyone, hoping someone has run into this. I've set up Instagram comment automations with specific keyword triggers (also using a ManyChat template for one of them), and the automations are responding to comments that have nothing to do with the keywords I set, and it’s happening to post that have nothing to do with keywords.
Things I've already checked or considered:
- Match type on the keyword (contains vs. exact)
- Whether multiple automations are listening on the same post
- Whether the template I imported brought its own triggers along
Has anyone else hit this with the comment-reply automations, especially when combining a custom one with a template? Curious whether it's a known bug, a setting I'm missing, or something with how Instagram is passing comment data through the API right now. Any guidance appreciated.
