Instagram comment automation only sending DM to some users, not all. I have a comment growth tool set up so when someone comments on my post they get a DM with a waitlist link. Some commenters receive it fine but others never get anything. Already reconnected the Instagram page to ManyChat and that didn't fix it. Could this be Meta's 24 hour messaging window, keyword matching issues, or a rate limit on DMs. Has anyone run into this and found a fix. Is there a way to see why a specific comment failed to trigger the automation.

    Hey ​@salieu, this happens a lot with comment-to-DM stuff. Instagram usually only fires the DM once per user per post, so if someone already commented there before (even just testing), it won't trigger again for them, nothing wrong with your setup. Also, if your growth tool is posting similar comments over and over, Meta sometimes quietly blocks those without any error.

    No easy way to see the exact reason per comment on ManyChat's side unfortunately. If it's happening even to brand new, one-time commenters, that's more likely a Meta thing than something you can fix from your end.
