I’m using the Auto-DM Links from Comments feature and it’s sending responses/links to SOME of our users, but not all?
Anyone else had this?
Any fixes?

Instagram Comment Automations Sending for Some But Not Others?

Hi,
Saw similar issues with some clients that had a “Unsubscribe Automation” running instead of deleting old/ inactive ones.
Manychat didn’t opted in these contacts after new interactions and no automation got triggered.
Test disabeling the “Show only subscribed contacts” option and check if the contacts that doesn’t receive automations show up as unsubscribed:
If this is the case, deleting them sould solve the issue...
