Instagram COMMENT automations suddenly stopped working

Hi all! I noticed yesterday morning that my comment stopped triggering my manychat automations-- on multiple posts so its not just one trigger keyword malfunction. I have sent in a support ticket and I have literally tried everything myself to fix this issue: refreshing permissions, disabling and reenabling… even went as far as completely disconnecting from FB and instagram and reconnecting and then refreshed permissions again and nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have you recently and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

Ir seems you're already did everything I would recommend before getting in touch with the support teams… 🙃

Did you already get some response from support?

 

And is this affecting all your connected channels?

Same issue with me, and to top it off I’ve raised a ticket, sent multiple emails, and the team is least bothered to reply! Horrible service! Ticket number: #400452

Hi ​@Metier Peca I’m sorry your automations stopped working. We’re currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of support requests, which has led to longer response times than we’d like. @Fabio Gaulke Yes I definatly like to try everything myself before having to bother support as I’m sure they get a ton of requests but I had to submit a ticket, nothing I did helped. I don’t use it as much on my other channel so I’m unaware if that channel has been affected, I did contact support and they did get back to me, we are still trying to work out the kinks and figure out what the issue is, which is frustrating but I’m happy that they are working on it!
