Subject: Instagram Comment-to-DM Automation Not

Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Instagram comment trigger automation in ManyChat. The automation is set up to reply to a specific keyword in comments and then send a DM, but the comment trigger is not firing at all.
Key details:
The direct DM keyword automation works fine when tested by messaging the account.
Comment triggers are not responding on any posts/reels, even with new test content and different accounts.
Account is connected as Manychat-IG with business comment and message permissions enabled.
Using the Free plan.
