Quick question about Instagram comment-to-DM automations.
When someone comments, ManyChat tries to send a DM, but for some users the message fails because they don’t accept DMs from non-followers.
Is there any way in ManyChat to:
detect if a user can receive DMs, or
prevent sending DMs to accounts with closed DMs?
If not, what’s the best practice to avoid delivery issues and spam signals?

At the moment, Manychat can’t detect and/or prevent from that happen.
However, you can ask your audience to follow your account and then comment to make sure that they receive your automation. You can pin a comment on your post/reel saying exactly that, to re-enforce the message to make sure that the message is delivered.
