Hey everyone, I have a Pro account and my Instagram comment trigger has completely stopped working. When someone comments on a post, no DM is sent at all.
Here's what I've already tried:
- Reconnected Instagram from scratch (deleted and reconnected)
- Updated Instagram permissions multiple times
- Recreated the automation from zero
Still nothing works. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a Meta webhook issue on specific accounts?
Any help appreciated!
