Today is the first time I’ve ever tried to use ManyChat. I’m wanting to automatically send a message to to anyone who comments on a reel or post with a trigger word. I’m connected to fb and instagram. I’ve gotten my actual messages through here so it definitely is connected and works.

I attempted to post a reel today, set the trigger words up in ManyChat, used the “add button”  link with correct and working urls. When I tried to comment from my personal account though to confirm it was working, I got an error message. Attached is a screenshot. 

I’m really not sure what to do here- I took the post down in the meantime. Help please!
