what do you mean by it deleted? Like your account itself is actually deleted when you try to login to Instagram separately? or it just does not appear as an option on many chat?

You should just be able to login to your Facebook/meta account using your email for your account on there, and then it will link your Instagram in conjunction. Hope this helps and feel free to drop more context
