We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of Instagram messages, various triggers, and the display of Live Chat messages. Meta team confirmed minutes ago that there is an issue happening our their side - check https://metastatus.com/ig-messenger for more information.
Our development team is also actively analyzing the scope and working with Meta to find a solution. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an estimated resolution time. We recommend considering stopping paid campaigns until the issue is resolved.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
