Huh... I didn't saw it before, but you haven't activated you trigger (when inactive it has a gray background color / when active it's green) 

Select your trigger and you'll see an switch at the bottom. Activate it and it should work.

Its not being trigger. its may be some setting fault in my manychat account?
currently i am using free plan, if i buy pro subscription then i can chat with customer support?

It's a Free Plan limitation… You can only set up to 3 keywords as triggers. If you have one automation with 3 keywords or three automations whit one keyword each, that's the limit...
