Instagram DM automation is not working!

Hi ​@Meto Club ,  I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues now with your IG Comment Trigger.

A quick fix that often helps is refreshing your Instagram permissions in ManyChat.
You can do this by going to your ManyChat account and clicking Help → Refresh Permissions.

Additionally, you can always check if there’s any ongoing system issue by visiting the ManyChat Status Page:

Also, Just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.

Even after updating Instagram permissions, the issue still persists. Around 70% of my customers are not receiving messages sent via ManyChat.

I haven’t touched my settings for over a year, so I don’t believe this issue is caused by my configuration. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this on your side.

At the very least, you used to have a live support chat where you were able to assist. Now I’m submitting tickets and not receiving any response. This situation is seriously impacting my business.

I'm having the same issues with the DM automation, I've not long signed up and currently on the trial but I can't seem to get any working for Facebook or Instagram.
