Instagram DM Automation not working for

I have a DM Automation set, that triggers, when a user sends a keyword, but it doesn’t work for my active contacts. I also can not subscribe them manually.

It is set up pretty simple and worked before, because I duplicated an autoflow that worked in the past. Is this maybe because of the 7 day rule?

I can’t even see the replies with the keyword to my DM in the live chat of that contact...
