We just created an IG automation to send a link to a file (hosted on Dropbox) if anyone replies to a post with a trigger word. It works in that the reply DM is sent, but clicking on the button brings up a screen that has the “Redirecting” message, and nothing more happens. The bottom of the screen says “You’re being redirected to … [url of file]” so I can click on the URL to get to the file, but … shouldn’t the “Redirecting” screen actually go away at some point and redirect itself?
