Has there been a recent update to ManyChat or the Instagram API?
The images in my Instagram DM automation flow are no longer being delivered. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Does anyone know if there have been any recent changes regarding image delivery in Instagram DMs?
Do we need to change the image format, reduce the file size, or adjust the image dimensions?
Any information or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the image format and dimensions first. For Instagram, photos should use an aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 4:5, with a recommended width of 1080 pixels.
Also confirm that the automation is published and refresh the Instagram permissions in Manychat. If the image meets those requirements but still isn’t delivered, test with a smaller file.
