Hello everyone,

I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?
I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days.

 

Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword?

At the moment, due to Meta’s policies, it is not possible to send a message outside the 24-hour window.
This means that your second step (asking for feedback) should happen during the 24 hours, after the last user’s interaction.
