Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the Instagram integration.
When a user sends us a Direct Message after clicking one of our Instagram ads, the message is sometimes not received or displayed in ManyChat Live Chat.
I’ve attached two screenshots to show what’s happening:

The first one shows the message sent from my personal Instagram account (“700k” and “343k”).

The second shows the ManyChat Live Chat view — where part of the conversation appears, but the message “700k” never shows up.
This doesn’t happen all the time; some messages co
me through just fine.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or does the ManyChat team know what might cause this kind of message loss between Instagram Direct and Live Chat?
