Instagram-Verbindung hängt in Endlosschleife – kein Kanal

> Hallo, ich kann mein professionelles Instagram-Konto nicht mit ManyChat verbinden.

Instagram bestätigt bereits: „Du hast Manychat-IG bereits mit deinem Instagram-Konto verknüpft.“ Wenn ich auf „Zulassen“ drücke, werde ich jedoch wieder zurück zur ManyChat-Seite „Verbinde dich mit Instagram“ geleitet. Das wiederholt sich immer wieder.

In Instagram ist „Zugriff auf Nachrichten gestatten“ aktiviert. Trotzdem zeigt mein ManyChat-Account weiterhin „Du hast keinen Kanal“.

Wie kann ich die bestehende Instagram-Verknüpfung korrekt meinem ManyChat-Konto zuordnen bzw. Diese verbindungschleife beenden?

Hi ​@Gabriela22, that loop usually means the connection got stuck in a partial state, not that you're doing something wrong. Clicking Allow again just repeats the same broken handshake.Fully disconnect first, don't just refresh: Instagram app → Settings → Apps and websites (or Meta Business Suite → Business Integrations) → find Manychat → remove it completely. Then reconnect from scratch in Manychat.If you have access to more than one Instagram account or Manychat workspace, check this Instagram isn't already linked to a different Manychat account, that produces the exact same loop.If it still loops after a full disconnect and fresh reconnect, that's worth a support ticket, it likely needs a reset on Manychat's side.
