I have a pro account for IG, and somehow I’ve created a separate (free) account for my business FB page - how do I integrate the FB page into my existing paid IG Manychat account?

Hi,
First, remove your FB account from the new Manychat account that was created. Otherwise, you won't be able to connect it to your PRO account.
Make sure both your accounts are registered in the same Meta Business Suite/ Business Manager.
Then connect using Meta Business Suite. It should work 😉

When I go to delete the free FB page from MC, it tells me that it will be removed and that I won’t be able to reconnect to the same FB page in the future - should I ignore this?

Yes, you can Ignore it. That MC Account won't be necessary 😉
