Instagram Follow to DM not triggering

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a specific issue with the Instagram Follow to DM automation in ManyChat.
Context:
This automation was working normally
After I edited only the message text, it stopped triggering
Since then, no message is sent to new followers
What I’ve already tried:
Disabling and re-enabling the automation
Deleting and recreating the flow from scratch
Disconnecting and reconnecting Instagram in ManyChat
Creating a brand new Follow to DM automation
Checking permissions and account status
Current situation:
The automation shows as active
No messages are sent to new followers
All other Instagram automations are working normally (comment to DM, story replies, keywords, etc.)
Questions:
Does the Follow to DM trigger depend on a specific Meta permission?
Can editing the message cause the permission to be revoked?
Is there any way to fully reset or revalidate this trigger?
If anyone has experienced this or has any insights, I’d really appreciate your help.
