Hi, my client’s IG account has been restricted to send messages for 3 days due to “harassment & bullying” which we can not discover a valid reason for. 

Does this mean that using Manychat to manage our inbox conversations will harm us even further, or, are we able to use Manychat in the meantime?

Typically, we would have someone active on the IG app to handle personalised comments and poll responses. And someone at an alternate time on Manychat just to handle inbox.

I'm not 100% sure, but Manychat will probably not be able to send messages either as it just uses Meta's API/Integration to do that.

 

A couple of days ago I had a client with a 24h ban (due to another reason) and he couldn't do anything regarding messages.

 

Anyway… you could test if it works.
