Hello there!
I’m experiencing an issue with my Instagram keyword-based automations.
For several weeks now, my automations triggered by comment keywords are not working anymore, or only very rarely.
Users comment the correct keyword under my posts, but the automation often does not trigger at all and no DM is sent.
This happens across multiple posts and flows, even though everything is correctly set up and used to work before.
I don’t understand why this is happening and would like to know:

Is this a known issue or limitation?

Has there been a recent change related to Instagram or Meta’s API?

Is there anything I can do to fix or stabilize this behavior?
