Hi, community. We’re having a weird problem: we have a keyword trigger for IG comments, “loyalty,” and it’s set for all comments on all posts. It’s working “sometimes,” but it’s also not firing for some people.

I have not yet been able to spot a pattern here. This is an automation that’s been running smoothly for a few weeks at least. It successfully ran for the most recent comment, and it worked for me when I tested with my test account.

I don’t see any common characteristic of the people it’s not working for. Some are triggering for the first time, others have been through this automation before on other posts.

We have had 17 comments that should have triggered IG messenger responses over the past week. 12 have worked, 5 have not. And as I said, there is no obvious pattern.

Appreciate any guidance. For this platform to be a part of our SM marketing, we need to know it’s working reliably!
